1. Return of a product of proper quality.
You can return a product of proper quality within 7 days from the date of receiving your order when purchased from the online store, or within 14 days from the date of purchase at the showroom, Instagram*, or WhatsApp, if the item does not fit you in size, color, style, or shape.
Non-food products of proper quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar item of a different size, shape, dimension, style, color, or configuration include:
- Perfumes and cosmetics;
- Sewn and knitwear items (including underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, hosiery, and similar items);
- Jewelry and hair accessories;
- Items and materials in contact with food (tableware, kitchen utensils, containers, and packaging materials for storing or transporting food).
This list is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1222, October 20, 1998, clause 2).
Products that are custom-made or have individual characteristics (made to order by size, custom coloring, engraving, or other customization) cannot be returned.
Please note that the item must not be used, and all sewn-in labels, tags, and receipts must be preserved.
Conditions for return or exchange:
- Completed return form;
- Preservation of the product’s original condition, including packaging, labels, and other elements (plastic tag) provided by the seller;
- Receipt of purchase;
- Valid ID.

Return shipping to the store is paid by the customer.
Please inform the manager of your intention to return or exchange the product — this will help process your request faster.
Funds used to pay for the product can be kept on deposit for future purchases. In this case, please inform the manager of your desire to leave the funds on deposit.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase. If the purchase was paid in cash at the store and there are insufficient funds at the register at the time of return, the store must issue the refund within 3 days to the bank account specified by the customer.
Exchanges are processed as requests are received, but only after the returned item arrives at the store. Refunds are processed within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned item arrives at the store. The countdown starts the day after the item is received.
Please note that the time for the refund to appear on your account depends on your bank’s processing time and may take up to 30 banking days.
2. Return of a defective product
If a defect or fault is discovered, you may return the product within the warranty period. In this case, the buyer is entitled to one of the following:
- Exchange the product for an identical item;
- Exchange the defective product for a different item with a recalculation of the purchase price;
- Reduce the price of the product due to identified defective elements;
- Receive a monetary compensation for self-repair;Return the full purchase price in exchange for returning the product to the seller.
The warranty period for products from Wonder Wander Shop is 90 days.
When submitting a return request, be sure to specify the product name, the nature and description of the defect, and how the buyer wishes to exercise their right to exchange/return. In case of doubt or dispute regarding the existence and/or cause of the product defect, the seller will conduct an expert examination of the product in accordance with the Russian Federation Law of February 7, 1992 No. 2300–1 (as amended on June 11, 2021) «On Consumer Rights Protection».
The buyer may preliminarily coordinate the return or exchange procedure with the store manager to expedite the process. In the case of exchanging the product for another item with a different article number, the exchange can only be technically performed through a cash operation of returning one product and purchasing another.
