You may return an item of proper quality within 7 days from the date of receiving your order when purchased via the online store, Instagram* or WhatsApp, and within 14 days from the date of purchase in the showroom, if the item does not suit you in size, color, style or shape.

List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange for a similar product of a different size, shape, dimensions, style, color or configuration:

  • Perfume and cosmetic products,
  • Sewn and knitted garments (sewn and knitted underwear, hosiery); including lingerie-type items such as underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings and others,
  • Jewelry and hair accessories,
  • Items and materials that come into contact with food products (tableware and kitchen utensils, containers and packaging materials for storing and transporting food).

This list is approved by the Government of the Russian Federation (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1222 dated October 20, 1998, clause 2).

Goods with individual characteristics (made to order according to individual measurements, custom dyeing, engraving and similar) are not subject to return.

Please note that the item must not have been used. You must keep all sewn-in labels and tags, the plastic tag, as well as the receipts confirming the purchase.

 

Return or exchange of goods is possible subject to the following conditions:

  • a completed return form;
  • preservation of the purchased item’s commercial appearance, including packaging, labels and other elements (plastic tag) provided to the buyer by the seller;
  • receipt;
  • a valid passport or ID.

Service fee for returning goods of proper quality

When returning goods of proper quality (if the item did not suit you in size, style, color or other characteristics), the company reserves the right to charge a service fee of 10%.

What is a service fee?
This is compensation for the store’s costs related to processing your return, not a penalty. The fee covers part of the expenses for:

  • checking the integrity and completeness of the item;

  • conducting a quality assessment;

  • repackaging and preparing the item for resale;

  • logistics operations.

Important: The service fee is not applied to returns of goods with manufacturing defects or faults.

The store’s right to apply this fee is based on the provisions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation:

  • Article 421 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation provides freedom of contract, allowing us to independently determine the terms of purchase and return, provided they do not contradict the law.

  • Article 18 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” confirms the seller’s right to carry out a quality check of the goods upon their return, which forms part of our expenses.

  • Article 22 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights” sets a 10-day period for the seller to refund the customer but does not regulate the procedure for compensating the seller’s related expenses, which we cover through the service fee.

  • Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on the prohibition of abuse of rights protects the interests of the seller from bad-faith actions of buyers.

Rules for applying the fee:

  • Fee amount: 10% of the cost of the item.

  • When applied: Each case of return of goods of proper quality is considered individually. The fee may be applied to returns for an amount exceeding 100,000 rubles, as well as to customers who have made more than 2 returns within one month.

  • When NOT applied: When returning goods with manufacturing defects or inadequate quality.

 

The cost of return delivery to the store is paid by the customer.

Please inform the manager of your intention to make a return or exchange — this will help us process your request more quickly.

The funds used to pay for the item may be credited to your deposit and used for future purchases. In this case, please inform the manager of your wish to keep the funds on deposit.

 

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase. If the purchase was paid for in cash in the store and, at the time of the return, there are insufficient funds in the cash register to issue a refund, the store is obliged to make the refund within 3 days to the bank account specified by the customer.

 

Exchange requests are processed in the order they are received, but only after the returned item has been received by the store. Refund requests are processed within 5 (five) business days from the date the returned item is received by the store. The calculation of this period begins on the day following the date the returned item is received by the store.

Please note that the actual time for the funds to be credited back to you depends on the processing speed of your bank and may take up to 30 banking days.

If a defect or flaw is discovered, you may return the item within the warranty period. In this case, the customer is entitled to:

  • Exchange the item for an identical one;
  • Exchange the defective item for another item with a price adjustment;
  • A reduction in the price of the item due to the identified defective elements;
  • A monetary compensation for independent repair;
  • A full refund in exchange for returning the item to the seller.

 

The warranty period for products sold at Wonder Wander Shop is 90 days.

In the return claim, please indicate the name of the item, the nature and description of the defect, and the form in which the customer wishes to exercise their right to exchange or return. If there is doubt or dispute regarding the presence or causes of the defect, the seller will conduct an expert assessment of the item in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation dated February 7, 1992 No. 2300–1 (as amended on June 11, 2021) “On Consumer Rights Protection”.

 

The customer may first coordinate the return or exchange procedure with the store manager to speed up the process. If the defective item is exchanged for another item with a different SKU, the exchange can only be completed through a cash register operation involving the return of one item and the purchase of another.

 

If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email with all necessary details. Refunds are issued to the same debit/credit card used for the original purchase and take 7–14 business days from the moment the item is received by the store.

Products purchased through a custom individual order (such as tailoring to personal measurements) are not eligible for return.

To comply with hygiene standards and in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2463, we do not accept returns of lingerie items and other products that come into direct contact with the body.

Which items cannot be returned or exchanged?

Returns are not possible for the following categories of goods of proper quality:

  • Underwear (panties, bras, sets).

  • Swimwear and bikini bottoms.

  • Bodysuits and corsets.

  • Sports bra tops and fitness tops.

  • Thermal underwear and compression garments.

  • Tights, stockings, and socks.


This rule is a standard retail practice and is directly established by Russian legislation (clause 11 of the List of Non-Food Goods of Proper Quality Not Subject to Return or Exchange). It ensures hygienic safety for all our customers.

Important: This restriction does not apply to items with manufacturing defects. If you discover a factory defect, please contact our support team for assistance.

By placing an order in our store, you agree to these terms, which have been established to ensure fair and secure transactions for all our customers. Our return policy is designed to protect against fraudulent activities and misuse, allowing us to maintain a high level of service and competitive pricing.

Key Return Conditions

Returns of goods in proper condition are accepted within 7 days from the date of receiving your order. The item must remain in perfect original condition, including all factory tags, seals, and packaging. To initiate a return, you will need to complete a dedicated form on our website, where you will be asked to upload 3–5 photos of the item, specify the reason for return, and confirm your consent to inspection.

Important Restrictions:

  • Refunds are issued strictly via the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not process refunds to third-party cards or accounts.

  • Sale items, as well as swimwear and underwear (in accordance with Government Decree No. 2463), are not eligible for return or exchange, unless a manufacturing defect is discovered.

  • For returns of goods of proper quality, a service fee of 10% may be withheld to compensate for logistics, inspection, and restoration costs. Each return of proper-quality goods is reviewed individually. No fee is applied if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

To ensure the security of high-value transactions, we introduced a multi-level verification system effective from November 1, 2025.

For all returns exceeding 50,000 ₽, a mandatory anti-fraud check is carried out. In this case, the return is assigned the status “Under Review (Anti-Fraud Review)” for up to 10 days. In accordance with Article 18 of the Consumer Protection Law, we reserve the right to conduct an expert inspection of the item to confirm that its condition remains unchanged.

For orders of 100,000 ₽ and above, an extended verification procedure applies. We may request additional information to confirm your identity and ownership of the payment method: a photograph of your bank card (first 6 and last 4 digits), the passport spread with your photo, as well as full name verification.

Additional Security Measures:

  • We track customer activity. More than 3 returns within 90 days will result in automatic restrictions — any further returns will only be possible in the form of an exchange or store credit.

  • For orders paid via installment services (Split, Dolями, etc.), the refund is processed strictly through the same payment partner in accordance with its policies.

  • We use a blacklist system that blocks fraudulent users based on combined data: phone number, email, card details, IP address, and delivery address.
